ABSTRAK

Pendidikan memiliki peran sentral sebagai fondasi utama untuk melawan dekadensi moral. Di sini, pendidikan tidak terbatas pada lingkup sekolah saja, melainkan juga melibatkan kontribusi penting orang tua di rumah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran pendidik di SMKN 3 Pandeglang. Artikel ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui Peran Pendidik Menghadapi Siswa Gen-Z di SMKN 3 Pandeglang. Guru memiliki peranan penting dalam mengelola kelas dari mulai merencanakan hingga mengimplementasikan kegiatan yang direncanakan. Indikator keberhasilan dan kualitas pembelajaran yang dominan dapat dilihat dari Faktor tenaga pendidik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian antar guru ipas dan seni budaya memiliki kesamaan pada proses pembelajaran peserta didik, dilihat dari indikator: kemampuan komunikasi, pemanfaatan teknologi, metode pembelajaran, pendekatan sosial-emosional, manajemen kelas, evaluasi, dan umpan balik.

ABSTRACT

Education plays a central role as the primary foundation for combating moral decadence. Here, education is not limited to the school setting but also involves the significant contribution of parents at home. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of educators at SMKN 3 Pandeglang. This article employs descriptive research with a qualitative approach to examine the role of educators in dealing with Gen-Z students at SMKN 3 Pandeglang. Teachers play a crucial role in classroom management, from planning to implementing planned activities. The dominant indicator of success and quality of learning can be seen from the teaching staff. Based on the research findings, science and arts and culture teachers share similarities in their students' learning processes, as seen through indicators such as communication skills, technology utilization, learning methods, social-emotional approaches, classroom management, evaluation, and feedback.

SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM DI SD

The implementation of the curriculum at the elementary school level (SD) holds a very high urgency in creating a learning ecosystem that is applicable, effective, and able to adapt to the dynamics of the times as well as the unique characteristics of students. This research was conducted to dissect in depth the process of curriculum implementation in elementary schools by adopting the “Systematic Literature Review”(SLR) method. Methodologically, this study applies a quantitative approach that relies on literature studies as the main instrument for data collection. Researchers collected 30 credible references consisting of 25 scientific journal articles and 5 book literature with a publication range between 2020 and 2025. The search process focused on relevant Indonesian-language scientific works, then strictly curated through the stages of identification, filtration, and feasibility testing until leaving 9 core articles for further analysis. The research findings show that the effectiveness of curriculum implementation is greatly influenced by the level of teacher competence, student mental readiness, the availability of supporting facilities, and the direction of internal school policies. In addition, flexible and student-centered learning models have been proven to be able to significantly boost the quality of education. However, real challenges such as limited operational resources and a lack of intensive training for educators are still frequently encountered in the field. Therefore, collective synergy from all stakeholders is needed to strengthen the quality of curriculum implementation so that national education goals can be realized more optimally and sustainably going forward.
