PERENCANAAN KARIR DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

This research aims to explain the concept of career planning in the context of the modern era and
how Islamic education provides a more comprehensive perspective on the career orientation of
students. This research uses a literature study method by analyzing career planning theories and
career concepts in Islam that refer to the Qur'an, hadith, and scientific literature of Islamic
education. The results show that modern career planning requires flexibility, digital literacy,
continuous learning, and adaptability to global changes. Islamic education provides the
strengthening of spiritual values such as monotheism, amanah, ihsan, and maslahah which make a
career not only an economic means but also worship and social service. The integration between the
demands of modern competencies and Islamic values needs to be implemented through Islamic
career guidance, a moral valuesbased curriculum, and the example of professional teachers. In
conclusion, career planning in Islamic education must be able to balance worldly and ukhrawi
aspects so as to produce a generation of Muslims who are competitive, ethical, and committed to the
benefit of society.
